By accessing or using Mira, the AI companion service provided by Kin Folk, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Kin Folk”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Mira is an AI companion designed for warm, non-clinical conversations. Mira is not a therapist, counselor, medical professional, or crisis service. She does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or psychological advice. Mira is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Mira. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use Mira to: (a) engage in illegal activity; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit the AI system; (d) impersonate another person; or (e) use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
All content, technology, and materials associated with Mira and Kin Folk are owned by Kin Folk, Inc. Your conversations with Mira are your own, but the underlying technology, design, and brand remain our intellectual property.
Mira is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Mira will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Mira’s responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kin Folk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mira. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Mira at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Mira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
